These are all one-of a kind suites, although I occassionally get carried away with a particular technique or stone. Unless noted the stones are untreated.

Navy blue and yellow rectangular polymer clay beads in an abstract art design with Howlite and seed beads. Howlite is one of the healing gemstones and is used to enhance intellectual abilities, discourage rudeness, ease pain and assist in the assimilation o f calcium. The double rope is 23 inches long, the clip-on earrings are 1and 1/2 inches long.

3 Strand Floral with Howlite
23 inches in length, this piece coordinates with clip on earrings also of handmade polymer clay beads. The asymmetrically placed pendent features a floral design; the strands are composed of glass seed beads, framed with irregular small Howlite nuggets.

Blue& Copper Collar Suite

This 16 inch collar is made from blue and copper colored polymer clay beads with chips of Lapis lazuli and Desert jasper. The triangular shaped earrings have a 2 inch drop on sterling silver wires. Lapis lazuli is one of the oldest gemstones credited with healing powers, and is an excellent stone for meditation, spiritual development and increased immunity. All Jaspers are helpful when used to aid recovery from long-term illness or to prevent relapse; Desert jasper is good for those wishing to increase their business acumen.

This 25 inch rope works will work well with denim, a royal blue winter suite or pretty pink spring pastels. The matching earrings have a 21/2 drop on sterling silver wires. Lapis lazuli is a stone prized since ancient time. Used to promote spirituality, enhance meditation and increase immunity, Lapis lazuli can also be used to relieve depression.

Primavera means spring and is usually associated with pasta, (as in pasta primavera). I do a lot of arts and crafts projects with kids and as you've probably noticed I love to make beads. These remind me more of ice cream, hence the name Pistachio Primavera. The collar is 17 inches long; the earrings have a 2 inch drop. There is another suite, formed with coated wire, both have rose quartz beads as rather large spacers. Rose Quartz is an excellent stone for women who want to go into business for themselves; Rose Quartz promotes self-confidence and self love. It is a warm, protective stone, good for skin and kidney problems. Also good for promoting pleasant dreams.

This 22 inch chain made of handmade beads, cowrie shells and Desert Jasper has a 31/2 inch pendant and matching earrings with a two inch dangle. I was thinking of a tropical theme when I designed the beads; the color and pattern remind me of the skin of a Giraffe, hence the name. Desert Jasper, like all Jaspers is good for chronic illness, preventing relapse and promoting return to good health. The Desert Jasper is also good for business endeavors. Cowries, like all shells are symbols of endurance under pressure and as the cowrie was once used as money, prosperity.

Sometimes I just make beads for fun, and this was one of those times, hence the giant focal bead and changing directions in this piece, Tthe necklace is 22 and 1/2 inches long with Hematite spacers and seed beads. Hematite is good for promoting kindness, especially for those with broken hearts. it is actually and ore of iron and as we learned from NASA's Martian space missions, an ore which must be formed in the presence of water. As iron ore it is good for anemia, (absorbed through the skin). The earrings are 2" in diameter.

Sometimes they are made to be paired with specific stones, but often they are inspired by everyday life, autumn leaves, morning skies, trees, sunsets, ice cream. Other times they are in tune with social and cultural movements, and then again, every once in a while, I'm just having fun!
